SAMIA COMBUSTION WON THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SAMIA ITALIA

The Tribunal of Milan (i) declared that Samia Combustion is the sole proprietor of the Burner Division and the only company entitled to realize and sell burners with SAMIA registered trademark logo samia vecchio; consequently, (ii) forbade Samia Italia to produce and sell SAMIA burners (and related spares parts) and to provide false information to the market about Samia Combustion’s activity, (iii) condemned Samia Italia to publish an extract of the sentence on its web site (http://www.samiasrl.com/).
Therefore, Samia Combustion is the sole company entitled to produce and sell SAMIA burners (and related spare parts) and Samia Italia is not entitled to substitute Samia Combustion’s Vendor Registration for the supply of SAMIA burners and related spares parts.
