CEBA designs automatic systems for samples and measurement of temperature, oxygen and carbon contents inside the electric arc furnace. Measurements are carried out by consumable cartridges introduced into the furnace through the slag door or trough the roof. The machine holds one or two independent carriages, moved by gear motor with chain drive.
The system is supplied with an independent PLC to safely control the manipulator from control room. Results of the measurement are automatically transferred to the control system and to the main pulpit.
