Fuel skid and burner management system

CEBA can supply complete combustion plants according to Customer’s specifications and main international standards, focusing mainly on:

  • Fuel gas skid: it is a modular unit complete with piping, supports, tubing, valve assemblies, filters, instrumentation, wiring on board and junction boxes.

    Engineering department develops detailed engineering starting from basic information and technical specifications complying with the main international standards.

    Qualified welders can work on different piping material from carbon steel to stainless steel or other special alloys. Every fuel skid is preassembled mechanically and electrically as much as possible and it inspected and tested according to the applicable codes, standards and specifications.

  • Burner management system (BMS) and process control panel with programmable logic control (PLC)

Burner Management Systems- BMSs- are used for the management of gas and oil burners. Panel features are fully custom-made according to customer requirements and in compliance with the international standards.

Control logics are implemented by PLC and/or hardware.
